Delete your account

You can ask us to permanently delete your WishCraft account and its data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. In the app: open the account screen (your initials at the top right) and tap Delete account.
2. By email: write to support@panscience.ai from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my WishCraft account".

What is deleted

• Your account details (name, email, password hash).
• All greeting cards saved to your account.
• Usage history linked to your account.

What may be kept

Payment and invoice records may be retained for up to 8 years where tax or accounting law requires it. These records are not used for any other purpose.

How long it takes

We confirm your request by email and complete deletion within 7 days.
