This policy explains what information the WishCraft app and service collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using WishCraft you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash.
- Card requests and results: the options you choose (occasion, style, language, recipient, personal message, sign-off name) and the greeting text and image we generate. Generated cards are saved to your account.
- Photos you upload: an optional reference image or company logo. These are sent to our server only to create your card and are not stored after the card is generated.
- Usage information: which features you use, when, and how long generation took, used to run the service, enforce plan limits and fix problems.
- Payments: if you buy a plan, payment is processed by Razorpay. We receive order and payment identifiers and status, never your full card or bank details.
How we use information
- To create, store and show your greeting cards.
- To operate your account, plan and usage limits.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and respond to reports of harmful content.
- To reply when you contact support.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.
AI processing
Greeting text and images are generated by AI models that run on servers operated by PanScience Innovation. Your requests are not sent to third-party AI providers. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; you can report any card from inside the app.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run WishCraft (hosting and payment processing), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public. Cards are shared with others only when you choose to save or share them.
Security
All data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to our systems is restricted to authorised staff.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account and cards while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time; see Delete your account. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.
Children
WishCraft is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example under India's DPDP Act or the GDPR) you may have additional rights, which we will honour.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
